Construction Manager
Robert attended Texas A & M majoring in Civil Engineering and attended University of Mary Hardin Baylor majoring in their MBA program. All of his college was sponsored by his employer. He was in the pipeline business for 30 years starting from the ground up and worked into the management phase of the business for last 20 years of his career that encompassed approximately 22500 square miles of pipeline operations. After retirement he began working in the commercial and residential construction business for the past 20 years that has included both new builds and remodeling.
As Construction Manager, Robert is well versed in handling multiple projects and is committed to making sure your hanger meets expectations in a timely manner. He also believes that details are important and strives to make every project phase a priority with quality and craftsmanship. His team understands this work philosophy and is committed to this goal with many of them working with him for the past 20 years.
Robert and his team can complete any interior additions no matter how big or small using any material options you prefer. Your project will be inventoried and accounted for during the entire process for your review. He believes in providing a quality project that will last.

fred t deakins
Business Manager
Fred received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University in College Station as well as a Masters in Aeronautical Sciences from Embry-Riddle University. After graduation from Texas A&M, Fred worked in the Dallas area as an Engineer in Training (EIT) for both Vilbig & Associates and Jones & Boyd Engineers designing various land development projects for multiple prominent clients.
In 1997 Fred entered the US Air Force for flight training and graduated JSUPT Class 99-01 from Vance AFB and went on to fly the KC-10A Extender all over the world as well as deployments for Afghanistan and Iraq. Fred later became an Instructor in the T-1A Jayhawk at Vance AFB until separating in 2007 to work for a major domestic airline.
Fred and his wife have been involved in Real Estate since 2003 and also own their own Cherokee 235B aircraft.
Fred is responsible for ensuring your purchase agreement and any relevant addendums are fulfilled by Fort Developers & Contractors LLC with precision and professionalism. Additionally, Fred is responsible for the business side of all our development projects including relations with engineers, municipal authorities, and contractors.
Fred is passionate about flying, advancing General Aviation opportunities, and improving quality of life for pilots by building exceptional hangar space for your aircraft.
