Spacious engineered metal building with concrete foundation and an additional 23' x 65' apron in front of your hangar door. This building is large enough to comfortably fit two small General Aviation aircraft at a time. Three could fit as well but it will be a tighter fit. The slab foundation is engineered to support all hangar loads, prevent water from getting inside, and seamlessly integrates with the apron in front of the hangar.

  • Your purchase will be 'subject to' a 30-year Land-Lease with City of Temple with right to extend 10 years for a total of 40 years. Annual land lease payment is $1521 for first 5 years then adjusts to a Consumer Price Index (CPI) rate to account for market conditions, but will not go up more than 10% every 5 years.
